What do I do with my hands?

So, while I speak with my boss I notice I cross my arms in front of my torso, and hold the right wrist with my left hand. I feel like it's portraying the feeling like I'm intimidated, or uneasy. I just don't know what to do with my hands. The only options I know are crossed on my chest, the scenario aforementioned, or in my pockets. I have good eye contact but am admittedly shy by nature. It feels so odd just letting them hang limp :P So, what do I do with my hands?
