I'm torn... what do I do?

Many people work full time and still get their dogs housetrained...it just takes some creativity and sometimes some outside help. If your dad doesn't have a set schedule, that should help out in having someone at home to housetrain. At 4 months of age, housetraining should happen quite fast.
