Grocery store prices skyrocketing?

I just got home from the grocery store and was amazed how much everything had gone up in the past week or so. A gallon of SKIM milk cost me well over $3.00. My question is with produce, dairy and meat prices going up so rapidly, how are these illegal immigrants helping to keep prices down? Don't tell me that without their cheap labor the prices would even be more. I've lived a long time and have never seen anything so outrages. I think we're all being hoodwinked. What do you think about this growing problem?
