Im 16 and thinking to get laser surgery for acne?

im 16 years old and im sick of looking at my face like this since the age of 10 ive been dealing with all these stubborn pimples they just keep on multiplying day by day...i go to high school i see all the girls with such pretty skin that kinda puts me down...im not totally confident about myself cuz of my face i really need to get rid of them plus i stress alot i try not to but thats all i think about and depression makes the whole world look dull...i cant study well i cant have fun like a normal teen does with his or her friends...i also want perfect skin or atleast skin that doesnt look disgusting when i look in the mirror...so plzz can u suggest what i should do...my parents have seen me depressed and they are ready for me to get surgery but i wana make sure if im old enough or there arent any side effects cuz ive heard after a few years your skins starts to loosen and get all wrinkly and you look older...any idea guys??? plz helppppp
