You might be academically bright but are you smart? If so you should be smart enough to see how you are endangering your prospects. You have said yourself that what you do is stupid. I think you know that the only person who can stop you being such an idiot is yourself. You are damaging your health and endangering your reputation, and the consequences of neither of these things will change when you have grown up.Your health will remain damaged and any police record you get will remain on file. So make up your mind to stop now before you really do ruin your chances. If you really can't help it you are doomed to failure. Dredge up some will power and fulfill all that potential.
