I just think you are defeating yourself. You are making food a punishment and you can't go through life eating like a bird! Try weight watchers, it's cheap and you can eat anything, you just have to write things down to stay within your points. But you are not fat at 145! Also, go to Walmart and buy the Alli, I joined LA Weightloss and paid $500 and when I saw this Alli book it is identical to LA Weightloss book and plan! Grr -
