I have 2 Bat Mitzvahs on the same day!!! What should I do?

Two of my friends that attend different temples are having Bat Mitzvahs on the same day! I am way closer with one girl but this is what I was thinking of doing. The services are at the same time. The girl I am closer with is having a luncheon right after her service with close family and friends, and her party way later in the evening. The other girl is having her party directly after her service. I was thinking of attending the service of the girl I am closer too then going to the other girls party. After that I would return to the 1st girls party in the evening. Is it rude just to go to the party of the 2nd girl? And is it rude to not go to the luncheon if I was invited?? These girls know they have the same date as each other. I'd really like to attend both of them in some way! Thank you so much!
