Having trouble getting to bed at the proper time at night..?

I have the same problem. What worked for me may not work for you but here goes. What I do is I shower and get ready for bed two hours before I plan on going to sleep. I turn my radio onto the clic music station, turn off all the lights, to the point were I can't see anything. Then my mind relaxes and I drift off into sleep.
