CIA, DEA question, please help.?

I am currently 16 and am interested in a future job with either the CIA or the DEA. Are there any programs offered to teens with hopes of joining either agency? I am looking to learn more about both agencys, but i am unsure about where i should start. I live in Reno Nevada, if that means anything.
