Which Camera Should I Get For HDR Photography?

I'm looking to get into HDR photography and I'm looking for a good camera to start with. My price range is around 300-400$. I have two in mind that I'm trying to compare and I was wondering if anyone had a preference. The two are Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35K and the Canon Power Shot SX20 IS. Is one exceptionally better than the other? Tell me which is better in your opinion and why. Also share if you know of any other good cameras for HDR in my price range. Thanks!
