My 8 week old has upset stomach from immunisations do I carry on feeding as normal?

Just as above really, read on the net that it can happen, he has been unsettled for about 2hours now, he had his bottle at 7, had diarrhea while feeding, wen to sleep for an hour woke up with terrible wind, which has now stopped. Hasn't fallen asleep yet he is herrendously unsettled, would you feed him at his next feed at 11 or would you leave him if he doesn't protest, just don't want to make him worse!!! Help me please, he is an amazing contented baby usually. Never hear a peep out of him.need advice ladies!!! Oh immunisations were on tuesday been fine untill I did his feed at 7. X
