Micron size question (10 03 .5) filtering wine?

The 03 seems more like an auto air filter but not a wine type filter. Filtering the coarse particles first is a good idea. Depending on the type of filter you can use the 10 micron and 0.5 micron filter together. But the concept is good by first filtering the coarse material you get a better polished run.
