How do you work out a heart attack for wpw patient with pacemaker?

in my 15 years of medical practice this is the most difficult question to face. i think clinical history followed by enzymes is the most sensitive test. however there are ecg criteria for diagnosing myocardial infarction in patients with pacemaker you can consult some big textbook of electrophysilogy for that. sorry for my ignoracne
