First degree burglary and conspiracy?

so last month my husband was arrest along with his little brother and two lady[family friends as in my husband mom friends] << those two lady does not know much english so my husband went along with them to this guy house lets just say his name is jerry ....anyways my husband and the two lady and the little brother went to jerry house and my husband asked jerry can he come in and jerry said yes he went in with the two lady n the little brother and my husband help translate for the two lady .... jerry he borrowed $4000 from the two lady couple months back and he say he'll pay them back but never did ... this is the reason y the two lady wanted to go to the guys house ... is to asked for the money back but he didn't have it so as my husband and little brother and two lady was on the way out to go home but on the way out the cops came n arrested every one! including jerry and was charged with first degree burglary and conspiracy..... im guessing the neighbor called the cops anyways my husband is innocent he was just being a nice guy and help his mom friend translate to get there money back ... he did not have any weapon on him or arm /hurt jerry or stole anything or even break an entrance! so is there any way of fighting this??? please help
